paid  an additional Rs.8O lakhs as<\/p>\n
against ‘R31 12.s9i’1;\u00a71:ht\u00a7’ ms Scheme.<\/p>\n
1\/  3;””AooIdingiV’toiithe petitioner, there was a de\ufb01cit of<\/p>\n
   which the petitioner could not pay on<\/p>\n
aeeount~  liaving turned sick. Learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
 petiticiraei’ further submits that the petitioner is ready and<\/p>\n
 to pay Rs. 10 lakhs on or before 12.12.2008 and<\/p>\n
V’  that the petitioner would abide by terms and conditions that<\/p>\n
