Chapra Town, Distt.\n                 Saran - Defendants\/ Opp. Party 2nd Set.\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   16-12-2010             Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present<\/p>\n<p>                  civil revision application, the main Title Suit No. 117 of<\/p>\n<p>                  1991, filed by the petitioner has itself been dismissed on<\/p>\n<p>                  merit.
