On 15\/9\/2008, this Court granted time to Mr. Arjun\n\nSingh, learned counsel for the Devasthan Department to ascertain the\n\nstatus of the suit itself.\n\n       Learned counsel informed the court that said suit no.182\/2006\n\n- Mandir (Murti Shree) Abhyeshwarnath &amp; Anr. vs. Smt.
