He is facing deportation. His<\/p>\n<p>application for continued stay in the country has been rejected. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has now filed Ext. P7      before the 1st respondent.      The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext. P7.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. I have heard the learned Assistant Solicitor General also.<\/p>\n<p>      In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext. P7 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within<\/p>\n<p>three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. In<\/p>\n<p>the meantime, respondents 2 and 3 shall constantly monitor the<\/p>\n<p>movements of the petitioner. The petitioner shall report to the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent once in two weeks. It would be open to respondents 2 and<\/p>\n<p>3 to arrest and detain the petitioner, if he is involved in any suspicious<\/p>\n<p>movements.     It would be open to the petitioner to produce any<\/p>\n<p>material in support of the petitioner&#8217;s case before the 1st respondent.<\/p>\n<p>                                          Sd\/- S.
