Biiimaraju was the lessee of an<\/p>\n<p> .i1;du$\u00a3ria}._.AV:shcd \u00e9\ufb01t 99137 sheds at Hassan, falling within<\/p>\n<p>  of the then Hassan Municlpah&#039; &#039;ty<\/p>\n<p>coii\ufb01fiiiiltefi  the Karnataka Municipalities Act, 1964.<\/p>\n<p> &#039;.&#039;I.&#039;h&lt;: r\u00a7\u00a7s9Iii\u00a7i&lt;$i\ufb01s dated 10.12.77 and 01.4.98 of the then<\/p>\n<p>   h\ufb01unicipality to convey the immoveahk: pmperty in<\/p>\n<p> fxissession of the lessees in the indusuiai area was<\/p>\n<p>%&#8230;k%%appmvea by the State Gavt. in its order dated 11.5.06<\/p>\n<p>Anncxure H) subject to certain conditions. The: name of<\/p>\n<p>M.\n<\/p>\n<p> this <\/p>\n<p>Bhimaraju is shcswn at SI.No.2&#8217;7 in the list of lessees<\/p>\n<p>Annexune H1. Thus Bhixnaxaju, even  H<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, is entitled to the bene\ufb01t of the oxder&#8217;A\u00ab&#8217;,_:A13ne:&amp;nie\u00bb.v.v_f H<\/p>\n<p>H.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. It is the case of the &#8220;\u00bb,r\u00a7\u00a7m::on;\u00a7i~<br \/>\nRs.40,00()\/-, in cash, tethe  year<br \/>\n1991 and was put in  shed and<br \/>\never since then,    of car<br \/>\nrepairing,\u00bb   &#8220;n&#8217;3e- nia\ufb01er, the petitioner<br \/>\nmust   enti\ufb02ed to the bene\ufb01ts of<\/p>\n<p>the Govt. Ofdef  in place of Bhirnaxaju.
