KUDHNI, DISTRICT- MUZAFFARPUR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>15   11.03.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The offence alleged is under Section 498A of the<\/p>\n<p>                  Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 &amp; 4 of the Dowry Prohibition<\/p>\n<p>                  Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            It is submitted that this matter was taken up on<\/p>\n<p>                  several occasions and on all the occasions petitioner was ready<\/p>\n<p>                  to take the complainant back to her matrimonial home,<\/p>\n<p>                  however, it is the complainant who is not willing to go with the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner. It is further submitted that no body is appearing on<\/p>\n<p>                  behalf of the complainant for the last three occasions<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                  it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within a<\/p>\n<p>                  period of four weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be<\/p>\n<p>                  released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                  thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                  satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East<\/p>\n<p>                  Muzaffarpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1310 of<\/p>\n<p>                  2007 subject to the conditions as laid down under section<\/p>\n<p>                  438(2) Cr.
