Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :11\/08\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                           V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n              ------------------------------------------------\n                Bail Application No.4633 of 2010\n              -------------------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 11th day of August, 2010\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner who is the seventh accused in Crime No.287\/2008 of<\/p>\n<p>Kadakkavoor Police Station for offences punishable under Secs.120(B),<\/p>\n<p>406, 409 &amp; 420 read with Section 34 I.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>       2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>       3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this nature.<\/p>\n<p>But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioner to surrender<\/p>\n<p>before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of interrogation and then<\/p>\n<p>to have her application for bail considered by the Magistrate having<\/p>\n<p>jurisdiction.
