Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :30\/03\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J\n            --------------------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) No. 37642 of 2008\n            ---------------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 30th day of March, 2009\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The writ petition has filed challenging the order of transfer<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner from Thrikkunnappuzha to the Regional office<\/p>\n<p>of the Board in Chirayinkeezhu.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The petitioner is working as Lower Division Clerk under<\/p>\n<p>the respondent Board. The order of transfer is challenged on<\/p>\n<p>various grounds. The respondents have filed a counter affidavit<\/p>\n<p>and an additional counter affidavit justifying the order of<\/p>\n<p>transfer. Today when the matter came for further hearing the<\/p>\n<p>learned standing counsel for the respondents submitted that<\/p>\n<p>petitioner could be considered for a posting in Vaikom in the<\/p>\n<p>light of the difficulties and hardships pointed out by him<\/p>\n<p>consequent on his present transfer.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Therefore, Ext.P1 order is set aside.
