All of them were<\/p>\n<p>                     supposed to be the students of what is known as R. P.<\/p>\n<p>                     Sharma Institute of Technology, Bailey Road, Patna, an<\/p>\n<p>                     affiliated college under Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.<\/p>\n<p>                            The reason for the petitioners to approach the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                   -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>High Court is that the result for the 3rd year examination<\/p>\n<p>has not been declared by the University till date. Classes<\/p>\n<p>for the 4th year have started and they are not being<\/p>\n<p>permitted to pursue their studies on the ground that their<\/p>\n<p>results have not been declared.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The Court fails to understand as to why the<\/p>\n<p>concerned College is taking a rigid stand on the issue<\/p>\n<p>when declaration of result has nothing to do with the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners. If delay is being caused at the level of the<\/p>\n<p>College or University concerned, these petitioners cannot<\/p>\n<p>be compelled to suffer.\n<\/p>\n<p>        This writ application is disposed of with a<\/p>\n<p>direction upon respondent no. 5, the Director, R. P.<\/p>\n<p>Sharma Institute of Technology, Patna, that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners would be permitted to take admission in the<\/p>\n<p>4th year and attend their classes subject to the result of<\/p>\n<p>the third year.
