RAMKUMAR, J.\n                   ===============================\n                     Bail Application No.4627 of 2010\n                   ===============================\n                             DATED: 13.08.2010\n\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner who is the<\/p>\n<p>7th accused in Crime No.2\/2010 of Irinjalakuda Police Station for offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 143,147,148,323 and 326 read with 149 I.P.C.,<\/p>\n<p>seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Having regard to the allegations levelled against the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>the relative conduct of the parties, the nature of the legal injury and the<\/p>\n<p>other circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of<\/p>\n<p>the police station concerned to release the petitioner on bail for a period of<\/p>\n<p>one month in the event of his arrest in connection with the above case on<\/p>\n<p>his executing a bond for Rs. 25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction to the<\/p>\n<p>said officer and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>          1. The      petitioner     shall   report    before     the<br \/>\n              Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.<br \/>\n              on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B. A.No.4627\/2010                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>          2. The petitioner shall make himself available for<br \/>\n              interrogation including custodial interrogation<br \/>\n              as and when       required by the   Investigating<br \/>\n              Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         3. The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate<br \/>\n              the prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to<br \/>\n              tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>          4. The petitioner shall not commit any offence while<br \/>\n              on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>          5.
