Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             2. Petitioner is an accused for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>                under sections 420, 406\/34, 323 and 504 of the Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                             3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                allegation against the petitioner is that he entered into an<\/p>\n<p>                agreement with the informant for sale of 11 and \u00bd Kathas of land<\/p>\n<p>                for which advance was also paid but subsequently instead of<\/p>\n<p>                executing a sale deed in favour of the informant, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                sold 10 kathas of land in question to some other persons. This<\/p>\n<p>                dispute can be deemed to be a dispute for specific performance of<\/p>\n<p>                contract for which a suit has been filed impleading the owner of<\/p>\n<p>                the premises namely, the petitioner as well as the subsequent<\/p>\n<p>                purchaser.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>                this petition for anticipatory bail is allowed.
