P2 and P3, revised<\/p>\n<p>assessment order and penalty order respectively, he has filed Exts.<\/p>\n<p>P4 and P5 appeals. It is stated by the petitioner that along with Ext.<\/p>\n<p>P5 appeal, petitioner has filed Ext. P6 stay petition also.        It is<\/p>\n<p>contended that the penalty amount has already been paid. It is also<\/p>\n<p>stated that the petitioner has moved an application for early hearing<\/p>\n<p>and that the appeals have not been heard so far. In the meanwhile<\/p>\n<p>apprehending revenue recovery proceedings this writ petition has<\/p>\n<p>been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Having regard to the pendency of the appeals and the stay<\/p>\n<p>petition as stated above, I dispose of this writ petition directing that<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent shall take up Ext. P6 stay petition, hear the<\/p>\n<p>petition and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible, at any rate within 4 weeks of production of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No. 6138 OF 2008\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  &#8211; 2 &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>judgment. In the meantime, further proceedings for the recovery of<\/p>\n<p>the amount found due in Ext.
