No. 2      : Mr. Vivek Kumar, Advocate\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>7    16.03.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State<\/p>\n<p>                  and opposite party no. 2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioner-husband and Opposite Party no. 2-wife<\/p>\n<p>                  are present in person.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Affidavit has been filed on behalf of the wife.<\/p>\n<p>                             However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks<\/p>\n<p>                  further time for filing his stand on affidavit.<\/p>\n<p>                             As prayed, put up this case on 30th of March, 2011<\/p>\n<p>                  at 02.10 PM in Chamber.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The provisional bail earlier granted to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  vide order dated 14.12.2010 is extended till 30.03.2011.<\/p>\n<p>                             On the next date fixed, the petitioner shall remain<\/p>\n<p>                  present in person.
