showing’  royalty was paid in respect of the sand<\/p>\n
 pvphheing .t’ra.nsported (from a licensed quarry owner), from<\/p>\n
  the petitioners had purchased the sand, the<\/p>\n
  respondents would refund the royalty charged from the<\/p>\n
petitioners.\n<\/p>\n
4. Accordingly, the petitioners are granted liberty<\/p>\n
to produce material before the concerned respondent<\/p>\n
