The    submission        of        learned    counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 for the petitioner is that complainant herself<\/p>\n<p>                 is not mentally sound. She is in habit to leave<\/p>\n<p>                 matrimonial house and to justify her act along<\/p>\n<p>                 with   her       parents,      this     case          is    lodged      by<\/p>\n<p>                 referring        observation       of       the         Court        while<\/p>\n<p>                 recording statement of complainant on S.A. in<\/p>\n<p>                 Court question that she did not give any answer<\/p>\n<p>                 and was appearing mentally undeveloped.<\/p>\n<p>                           Thus,     having      regard          to    the    facts     and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances       of    the     case,         in    the     event     of<\/p>\n<p>                 arrest or surrender within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>                 date of communication of this order, the above<\/p>\n<p>                 named petitioner shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing        bail     bond       of        Rs.        10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each   to    the        satisfaction            of    Sub-Divisional<\/p>\n<p>                 Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in C.A.3206\/2008,<\/p>\n<p>                 subject     to    the    condition         as    laid       down     under<\/p>\n<p>                 section 438(2) Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>AI                                                           ( Mandhata Singh, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Kare Lal Singh vs State Of Bihar on 17 January, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
