After 10 years, the vendee of the land makes unilateral<br \/>\ndeclaration and on the basis of unilateral declaration, the<br \/>\nTalati-cum-Mantri and other revenue officers are making the entry.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned Mr.Gadhvi for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tThe<br \/>\nmatter requires consideration.
