Heard        learned    counsels      for    the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The    petitioner      is    apprehending    his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in a case registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   363 and 365 of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is alleged against the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   and others to have enticed away the niece of<\/p>\n<p>                   the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              While considering the anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>                   bail application of co-accused Raja Sohan,<\/p>\n<p>                   this    Court    has    occasioned      to   examine   the<\/p>\n<p>                   victim who stated that she has no grievance<\/p>\n<p>                   against other accused since she was in love<\/p>\n<p>                   with this petitioner. Considering the said<\/p>\n<p>                   fact,     Raja         Sohan     has     been    granted<\/p>\n<p>                   anticipatory bail. Photo copy of the said<\/p>\n<p>                   order is produced before this Court. Let it<\/p>\n<p>                   be kept on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering             the           aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                   submissions, let the petitioner above named<\/p>\n<p>                   be released on bail in the event of arrest<\/p>\n<p>                   or surrender before the learned court below<\/p>\n<p>                   within a period of twelve weeks from today<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        in connection with Mahnar P.S.
