No.637<\/p>\n<p>                 of 2010 police after investigation has submitted police report and in the<\/p>\n<p>                 second case i.e. Cr.W.J.C. No.694 of 2010 after investigation the police<\/p>\n<p>                 submitted charge sheet and as such in the light of the prayer made in the<\/p>\n<p>                 writ applications, both the cases have now become infructuous.
