P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioner is an accused in a case registered under section<\/p>\n<p>                   395 of the IPC and earlier he was granted privilege of bail by this<\/p>\n<p>                   court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It appears from the impugned order that on 18.1.2006 case<\/p>\n<p>                   was fixed for prosecution evidence and two prosecution witnesses had<\/p>\n<p>                   made their appearance but none turned up on behalf of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   when the case was called out as a result of which bail bond of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner was cancelled and later on, petitioner surrendered on<\/p>\n<p>                   3.9.2011 before the trial court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                   circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                   Abodh Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs<\/p>\n<p>                   10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                   of the Addl. Sessions Judge XIV, Patna in Sessions Trial no. 516\/2005<\/p>\n<p>                   arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S.
