Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :15\/11\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                    ================\n                W.P.(C) NO. 30968 OF 2010 (U)\n                =====================\n\n        Dated this the 15th day of November, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioners 1 and 2 are defaulters to the 1st respondent.<\/p>\n<p>Among the property mortgaged, a portion has already been sold,<\/p>\n<p>which is yet to be confirmed.        The remaining portion is also<\/p>\n<p>scheduled to be sold soon. While so, on the basis that petitioner<\/p>\n<p>No.3 had, in his capacity as power of attorney holder, had made<\/p>\n<p>an application to the Corporation offering to purchase the<\/p>\n<p>property, the writ petition has been filed.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    Counter affidavit has been filed by respondents 1 and<\/p>\n<p>2.
