Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The      petitioners           being   the     Mukhiya<\/p>\n<p>                   and     Panchayat       Secretary          are    apprehending<\/p>\n<p>                   their    arrest        in    a     case    registered          under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections        418,        419,     420,467,468,471            and<\/p>\n<p>                   120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<pre>                              It         appears        absurd           that      for\n\n                   committing         irregularity           in   appointment       of\n\n                   Shiksha      Mitra      in    2005    the       case    has    been\n\n                   lodged in 2010.\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                              Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the   petitioners,           Ragho    Singh       and    Surendra<\/p>\n<p>                   Pd. Singh @ Surendra Singh above named, be<\/p>\n<p>                   released on bail in the event of arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                   surrender       before       the     learned      court        below<\/p>\n<p>                   within a period of twelve weeks from today<\/p>\n<p>                   in connection with Deokund P.S. Case No. 23<\/p>\n<p>                   of    2010       on     furnishing             bail     bond      of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs.10,000\/-(Ten             Thousand)          each     with    two<\/p>\n<p>                   sureties      of      the    like    amount       each    to    the<\/p>\n<p>                   satisfaction           of     the     learned           S.D.J.M.,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Daudnagar, subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n<p>        down   under   Section   438(2)   of   the   Code   of<\/p>\n<p>        Criminal Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>U.
