Justice C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :07\/08\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                  C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n                       -------------------------\n                     W.P.(C) No.8824 of 2006\n                   ---------------------------------\n             Dated, this the 7th day of August, 2008\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is challenging recovery proceedings for recovery of<\/p>\n<p>back wages granted by the Labour Court in favour of 5th<\/p>\n<p>respondent, who is petitioner&#8217;s employee.       No challenge against<\/p>\n<p>revenue recovery proceedings is maintainable unless the award is<\/p>\n<p>challenged. Petitioner did not challenge the award passed by the<\/p>\n<p>Labour Court. Therefore, recovery can be continued for recovery of<\/p>\n<p>the amount awarded by the Labour Court in favour of 5th<\/p>\n<p>respondent.
