Na.Ka.A5\/139034\/96 dt 5.7.99 and Na.Ka.No. Pani. 3(4)\/70741\/99 dated 10.3.2000 respectively and quash the same.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was transferred and numbered as Writ petition.   \n\t\tFor Petitioner\t\t..\tMr. R. Singaravelan\n\t\tFor Respondents\t\t..\tMr.S.Sivashanmugam,\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\tGovernment Advocate\nORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tOriginal Application No. 8737 of 2000 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench to issue a direction to call  for the records  on the file of the respondents  2 and 1 in connection  with the orders issued by them in their proc. Na.Ka.A5\/139034\/96 dt 5.7.99 and Na.Ka.No. Pani. 3(4)\/70741\/99 dated 10.3.2000 respectively and quash the same.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was transferred and numbered as Writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t  2. The petitioner, in this case suffered  punishment of stoppage of increment for 1 year without cumulative effect by  proceedings Na.Ka.A5\/139034\/96, dated 05.07.1999. Against the order of punishment, he preferred an appeal  to the first respondent  and the appeal has been rejected on 10.03.2000.  Hence, original application has been filed as writ petition. It is stated that the petitioner,  in the meanwhile,  expired on 20.02.2004.
