Mishra and Mr. Shalin Mehta, learned Counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioners, Ms. Sejal Mandavia and Mr. Hriday Buch, learned Counsel,<br \/>\nfor the respondent-Union of India and Mr. Nirag Pathak, learned AGP,<br \/>\non behalf of the respondent-State, in respective petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tMr. Nirag<br \/>\nPathak, learned AGP, states that he has not, yet, received<br \/>\ninstructions from the State, in pursuance of the order dated<br \/>\n27.01.2011. He prays for two weeks time.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tTime, as<br \/>\nprayed for, is granted. He may file affidavit-in-reply on, or before,<br \/>\n16th March, 2011 and if possible, copy of the reply may be<br \/>\ngiven in advance to the learned Counsel for the petitioners.
