NO. 18349 OF 2007\n                                 ---------------------\n                  Dated this the 4thday of October, 2007\n\n                                J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Grievance of the petitioners is that although they owned one acre of<\/p>\n<p>land by virtue of Ext.P1 title deed, in the resurvey that was conducted,<\/p>\n<p>some mistakes had crept in. According to them, this mistake resulted in<\/p>\n<p>reduction of the extend of land to less than one acre. Therefore petitioners<\/p>\n<p>filed Ext.P3 objection before the 4th respondent.<\/p>\n<p>       2.  According to them, no action has been taken on Ext.P3.<\/p>\n<p>However, in the meanwhile an attempt was made to evict them and<\/p>\n<p>therefore they filed this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.   Learned Government Pleader on instructions submit that<\/p>\n<p>presently no action has been taken against the petitioners for forceful<\/p>\n<p>eviction. This is recorded.
