P (C) No. 706 of 2009\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                 Dated this, the 23rd January, 2009.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner retired from the service of the Kerala State Road<\/p>\n<p>Transport Corporation on 31-5-2007. He has filed this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>seeking a direction to the Corporation to disburse the retirement<\/p>\n<p>benefits due to him out of turn for meeting the expenses in connection<\/p>\n<p>with the marriage of his daughter, which is proposed to be solemnized<\/p>\n<p>on 23-1-2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned standing counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>Corporation also.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to<\/p>\n<p>disburse the DCRG and commutted value of pension due to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.    However, I make it clear that this payment shall not be<\/p>\n<p>out of the ten per cent set apart for paying off the retirement benefits<\/p>\n<p>in accordance with the priority of the date of retirement, but shall be<\/p>\n<p>out of other funds of the Corporation.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         Sd\/- S.
