RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                          - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n\n                           Bail Application NO. 951 of 2007\n\n\n                           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n\n                                   DATED:  15-02-2007\n\n\n\n\n                                         O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>        In   this  Petition   filed  under   Sec.   439   Cr.P.C.   the   petitioner   who   is<\/p>\n<p>the  sole accused in Crime No. 6 of 2007  of Amaravila Excise Range<\/p>\n<p>for   an     offence   punishable   under   Secs.8   (1)       of   the   Abkari   Act   for<\/p>\n<p>having been found in possession of 5  liters of illicit arrack,  seeks his<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail.   Petitioner was arrested on  27-01-2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.      I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.      Having regard to the nature of the  offences, the duration of<\/p>\n<p>judicial custody of the petitioner and the other circumstances of the case<\/p>\n<p>etc.,     I   am   inclined   to   grant   bail   to   the   petitioner   from   a   future   date.\n<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly,   the   petitioner   is   directed   to   be   released   on   bail   with   effect<\/p>\n<p>from   27-2-2007   on   his     executing   a   bond   for   Rs.   20,000\/-   (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>twenty  thousand  only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount<\/p>\n<p>to   the   satisfaction   of   the   J.F.C.M.-   III,   Neyyattinkara   ,     and   subject   to<\/p>\n<p>the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                 1.      Petitioner   shall   report   before   the   Investigating   Officer<\/p>\n<p>                 between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No.951 of 2007                        -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                2.         The   petitioner   shall   make   himself   available   for<\/p>\n<p>                interrogation   as   and     when   required   by   the   police   till   the<\/p>\n<p>                filing of the final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                3.     The   petitioner   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate   the<\/p>\n<p>                prosecution   witnesses   nor   shall   he   attempt   to   tamper   with<\/p>\n<p>                the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                4.
