3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n
V  jgand also the High Court Government Picador. The points that<\/p>\n
arise for my consideration are: K<\/p>\n

conviction of the petitioners for the o\ufb01ence
\nSections 419 and 468 IPC and the se1;ite1’1oe.’__j:

4. It is the contention   the
\npetitioners that the ‘rfr;.a;  the joint
\nstatement of the accused’   tlacie illegal
\nand therefore,  is vitiated by
\nrecording  submits that it is a \ufb01t
\nmatter  the sentence has to be set<\/p>\n

  has recorded the answers to the eame questions for<\/p>\n
‘  accused. So far as the p-zocedmre regarding recording of<\/p>\n
”  statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. 21$ concerned, the said<\/p>\n
grmrision is incorporated for giving an opportunity to the<\/p>\n
accused to pemonally explain the incriminating circumstances<\/p>\n
