Learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     appellant submits that the consistent story in the first information<\/p>\n<p>                     report is with regard to brother-in-law of the appellant, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                     Navneet Kumar having shot at the deceased. In trial, the evidence<\/p>\n<p>                     was then modified to the extent that he was assaulted on the head by<\/p>\n<p>                     the butt of the revolver. The medical evidence does not support<\/p>\n<p>                     shooting in any manner.
