No.12538 of 2011\n                                        RAJENDRA SAH\n                                               Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      20.06.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Petitioner is not assailant of the deceased, though<\/p>\n<p>                      his presence is alleged while the assault was caused. Defence<\/p>\n<p>                      is that due to previous enmity petitioner has also been named<\/p>\n<p>                      in the case and he remained in custody since 06.03.2011.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                      case, prayer of the petitioner for bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Let the above named petitioner be enlarged on<\/p>\n<p>                      bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                      with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                      of C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town<\/p>\n<p>                      P.S.
