Three injuries are found on person of<\/p>\n<p>                    the deceased in post mortem report caused by hard and blunt substance<\/p>\n<p>                    not by knife.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Thus, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                    case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                    bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                    amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge, Fast Track<\/p>\n<p>                    Court-IV, Siwan in connection with Sessions Trial No.397 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                    arising out of Siwan Town P. S.
