Except offence punishable under Section 188 of IPC, all<br \/>\noffences are compoundable offences.  For the offence punishable under<br \/>\nSection 188 of IPC, the imprisonment is for one month  and  a fine.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the fact that the dispute is of personal nature,<br \/>\nand after arresting by the police all the accused were released on<br \/>\nbail. The affidavit of complainant is also placed on record in which<br \/>\nit was categorically stated by the complainant that without any<br \/>\npressure or threat he has entered into settlement with the accused<br \/>\npersons and now he has no grievance.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the petition is allowed. The complaint   C.R.No.<br \/>\nII &#8211; 41 of 2011 registered with Udhna Police Station is hereby<br \/>\nquashed and set aside.
