No.23590 of 2011\n                 Mithun Mahto, Son of Kamleshwari Mahto, resident of Village-Shivkund,\n                 P.S.-Dharhara, District-Munger.\n                                          Versus\n                                    The State of Bihar\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   27.09.2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                       counsel appearing for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a<\/p>\n<p>                       case registered for the offence under Section 304 (B)\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                       Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                       seeks permission to withdraw this application.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.<\/p>\n<p>                                 In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail in<\/p>\n<p>                       connection with Dharhara P.S.
