He has also annexed a certificate from the Sarpanch<br \/>\nof Virpur [Chowk] Gram Panchayat.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Kartik Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of rule on behalf of the respondent State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nAdditional Public Prosecutor has made available for the peursal of<br \/>\nthe Court the Jail remarks which he has obtained through Fax. The<br \/>\nconvict has enjoyed only one furlough in June 2009 and he has<br \/>\nreported in time. The convict has undergone imprisonment of 4 Years<br \/>\nand 23 days as on 23.06.2011. The convict has not enjoyed any<br \/>\ntemporary bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is allowed.  The convict is<br \/>\nordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 30 days from<br \/>\nthe date of his release on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5000\/-<br \/>\n[Rupees Five Thousand only] to the satisfaction of the Jail<br \/>\nauthorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nconvict shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry of<br \/>\nthe above temporary bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplication is allowed accordingly.
