Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :15\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                   T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR,J.\n                     -------------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C)No.38096 Of 2008 I\n               -----------------------------------------------------\n       DATED THIS THE 15th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2010\n\n                                 J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The main prayer in the Writ Petition was for a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in &#8216;Bharatanatyam&#8217;,<\/p>\n<p>Kerala Nadanam and &#8216;Folk Dance&#8217; in the Kerala State Kalotsavam<\/p>\n<p>2008-09 to be held in Thiruvananthapuram from 29.12.2008.               This<\/p>\n<p>Court passed an interim order on 26.12.2008, directing the<\/p>\n<p>respondents    to   permit    the   petitioner    to   participate   in the<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Bharatanatyam&#8217; provisionally and subject to the result of the Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner participated in the Bharatanatyam pursuant to the interim<\/p>\n<p>order passed by this Court and obtained A Grade and grace mark,<\/p>\n<p>based on which she got admission for the degree course.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     In the light of the subsequent developments, the<\/p>\n<p>participation of the petitioner will be treated as regular.
