AGP for Respondent :\n3, \n================================================= \n\n \n\t  \n\t \n\t  \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nCORAM\n\t\t\t: \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE S.R.BRAHMBHATT\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 07\/07\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>Learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate Shri Trivedi appearing for the petitioner submitted that<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner during pendency of the petition received an<br \/>\n\tintimation dated 24\/5\/2011 from Registrar, Gujarat Revenue Tribunal,<br \/>\n\tinforming him that the order dated 6\/11\/2009 passed by Dy.<br \/>\n\tCollector, which is challenged by the State Government before the<br \/>\n\tTribunal and the said matter is fixed for hearing on 28\/7\/2011. In<br \/>\n\tview of this, he submits that the petition be disposed of as now not<br \/>\n\tsurviving and the Tribunal be directed to decide the matter within<br \/>\n\tthe stipulated time limit, and for this, he relies upon the order<br \/>\n\tpassed by this Court in Special Civil Application No. 36 of 2011<br \/>\n\tpassed on 14\/2\/2011 (Coram: M.D. Shah, J).\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of this, the petition is disposed of as having not surviving.<br \/>\n\tHowever the Tribunal shall endeavour and complete the hearing of the<br \/>\n\tTenancy Revision Application No. TEN.BS.34\/2011 preferred by the<br \/>\n\tState and dispose it of as expeditiously as possible and preferably<br \/>\n\twithin six months from date of receipt of this order. Notice<br \/>\n\tdischarged.
