Muzaffarpur.\n                                              Vs\n                                      The State of Bihar.\n\n2      30.6.2011<\/pre>\n<p>                   Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   This application has been filed for quashing the order,<\/p>\n<p>                       dated 18.6.2008 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, FTC III,<\/p>\n<p>                       Muzaffarpur in S.T. No. 540\/2003 by which the application for<\/p>\n<p>                       discharge has been rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The main question in this case is that section 307 of<\/p>\n<p>                       the Penal Code would not apply as the injuries are simple in<\/p>\n<p>                       nature.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   All these aspects of the matter shall be considered by<\/p>\n<p>                       the trial court on evaluating the evidence, the medical report and<\/p>\n<p>                       the manner of occurrence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   This court finds no reason to interfere with the<\/p>\n<p>                       impugned order.
