Mr. Maulik<br \/>\n\tNanavati, learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent\n<\/p>\n<p>\t&#8211; State.\n<\/p>\n<p>Heard<br \/>\n\tMr. Sikandar Saiyed learned advocate for the applicant and Mr.Maulik<br \/>\n\tNanavati, learned AGP for respondent State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned advocate Mr.<br \/>\n\tSaiyed submitted that the present application is preferred by the<br \/>\n\tdetenue for extension of his temporary bail granted on 2.9.2011 for<br \/>\n\tfour weeks on the ground that his mother is suffering from<br \/>\n\themiporasis cerebra-vascular stroke with Diabetes mellitus and she<br \/>\n\tis bed ridden and could not even walk.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\n\tthe facts and circumstances of the case the accused &#8211;<br \/>\n\tapplicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for further<br \/>\n\tperiod of 15 days from the date of his release on his furnishing<br \/>\n\tpersonal bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with the<br \/>\n\tjail authority from his actual date of release. He shall surrender<br \/>\n\twith the jail authority on expiry of temporary bail period. Rule<br \/>\n\tmade absolute. Direct Service is<br \/>\n\tpermitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t   (Z.
