He submitted that since the list itself specified<br \/>\nfor its life for the year 1989-90. Presently, the entire issue has<br \/>\nbecome infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nadvocate Ms.Niyati Sampat appearing for the respondents has also<br \/>\nagreed that by passage of time, the issue has become infructuous and<br \/>\nthe suit filed by the respondents have also become infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tSince<br \/>\nthe petition was filed alleging harassment at the hands of the<br \/>\nrespondents by filing successive suits and it is agreed that the<br \/>\nsuits have also become infructuous, no further purpose is left in<br \/>\nthis petition and the same is therefore dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nCivil Application also stands disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\nstands discharged.\n<\/p>\n<p>(<br \/>\nAkil Kureshi, J. )<\/p>\n<p>kailash,<br \/>\np.s.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Guj vs Pullen on 22 October, 2008 Author: Akil Kureshi,&amp;Nbsp;
