No. 2005 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                              Heard learned counsel for the appellant and<\/p>\n<p>                    learned APP on this interlocutory application through which<\/p>\n<p>                    the appellant has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground<\/p>\n<p>                    of his detention since 10.5.2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It has been submitted by the learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                    the appellant that conviction under section 307 IPC is not<\/p>\n<p>                    proper and at best the case would come under section 326 of<\/p>\n<p>                    the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                    case, I. A. No. 2005 of 2011 is allowed. During the pendency<\/p>\n<p>                    of this appeal, the appellant above named is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                    released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                    thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                    satisfaction of Sri Som Prakash Pandey, Additional Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                    Judge, F.T.C.
