In that view of the matter, the legal heirs of the deceased<br \/>\nwere required to be brought on record before the said court itself.<br \/>\nHowever, the same has not been done.    In view of the said inaction,<br \/>\nit would not be appropriate to allow this application at this stage,<br \/>\nmore particularly when an award passed in favour of\/against a dead<br \/>\nperson is nullity.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\napplication is therefore misconceived inasmuch as the legal heirs<br \/>\nwere required to be brought on record before the reference court as<br \/>\nthe respondent no.1 expired pending the application before the<br \/>\nreference court and the award was passed against a dead person.
