Case No. 282\/2009<\/p>\n<p>                  for offence punishable under Sections 147,149,<\/p>\n<p>                  342, 447, 323, 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                  Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering the submission of learned<\/p>\n<p>                  counsel for the petitioners that save and except that<\/p>\n<p>                  these petitioners have been named as member of<\/p>\n<p>                  the unlawful assembly consisting of a large number<\/p>\n<p>                  of people who had blocked the road and that no<\/p>\n<p>                  specific role or overt act has been assigned either to<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioners, let the petitioners, namely (1) Arun<\/p>\n<p>                  Sharma, (2) Sat Narayan Sharma, (3) Suresh<\/p>\n<p>                  Sharma, (4) Ramesh Sharma and (5) Mantoo<\/p>\n<p>                  Sharma be released on bail upon each of them<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            furnishing   bail   bonds   of   Rs.   10,000\/-   (ten<\/p>\n<p>            thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>            each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>            Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar<\/p>\n<p>            P.S.
