Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :29\/03\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                           V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                            ----------------------------\n\n                      Bail Application No. 1872\/2007\n\n                           -----------------------------\n\n                  Dated this  29th day of March, 2007\n\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>                 The  petitioners, mother and  son,   who are  accused<\/p>\n<p>Nos. 1 and 2 in Crime No.111\/2007 of Paravur Police Station for<\/p>\n<p>offences   punishable   under   Sections     451   and   354   IPC,   seek<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.    The   learned   Public   Prosecutor   submitted   that   since<\/p>\n<p>both the offences are bailable offences, invocation of Section 438<\/p>\n<p>Cr.P.C is misconceived.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.
