Shah,  learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service<br \/>\nof rule on  behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant- appellant- original accused has been convicted for the<br \/>\noffences punishable under sections 302  and 114  of the Indian Penal<br \/>\nCode to suffer imprisonment for life with fine of Rs.25,000\/- in<br \/>\ndefault to suffer further imprisonment for 2 months, by the learned<br \/>\nJudge, Sessions Court, Kheda, at Nadiad, in  Sessions Case No.68 of<br \/>\n2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant by way of this application seeks temporary bail for a<br \/>\nperiod of 30 days to enable him to attend the marriage of his<br \/>\nbrother&#8217;s daughter (niece).  The convict&#8217;s wife too is in Jail along<br \/>\nwith a minor daughter.  The learned APP has made available the Jail<br \/>\nrecord.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tTaking into<br \/>\nconsideration the above aspects, the applicant is ordered to be<br \/>\nreleased on temporary bail for a period of 30 (thirty) days<br \/>\nfrom the date of his release on his executing a personal bond of<br \/>\nRs.5000\/- (Rupees five thousand only) with one surety of the like<br \/>\namount to the satisfaction of the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry<br \/>\nof the above temporary bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tThe<br \/>\napplication is allowed.  \tRule is made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAVI<br \/>\nR.
