Appellant wanted to know the\nnumber of staff of above mentioned caste working in Department of Education, Govt. of Delhi,\nfrom year 1995 to at present and number of staffs working as teacher and Department of\nAdministration, on which post with following details:\n1.     Name                  2. Father\/ Husband's Name 3.      Permanent Address\n4.     Present Address       5.Post                     6.     Working Place\n7.     Photocopies of cast certificate.\n\nPIO's Reply:\n   1.    Record on the basis of caste is not been kept in this branch.\n   2.    Not concerned with this branch.\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nAppellant mentioned that requested information had not been provided\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority:\nFAA stated that the reply given by PIO was satisfactory.\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nAppellant was unsatisfied with decision of FAA.\n Relevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Pawan Kumar<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Anjum Masood, Public Information officer;<br \/>\nThe Appellant has sought information about people belonging to the &#8220;Raya Tawar&#8221; caste<br \/>\nworking in the Education Department. He wants this information those who had been working<br \/>\nsince 1995. The PIO states that information is not maintained in the sought format and the<br \/>\ninformation would have to be culled out from the individual dossiers of the employees.
