It was therefore that such applications came to be<br \/>\ndismissed by the Tribunal without hearing the petitioners. Such<br \/>\norders also were not served to the petitioners. That the petitioners&#8217;<br \/>\nappeal, therefore, came to be dismissed for not fulfilling the<br \/>\nrequirement of pre-deposit. When the petitioners filed applications<br \/>\nfor restoration, such applications were also dismissed without proper<br \/>\nnotice to the petitioners of the date of hearing. Issue Notice<br \/>\nreturnable on 17.11.2011.
