No.11960 of 2009\n              ---------------------------------\n                Dated, this the 8th day of April, 2009\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Challenge in the writ petition is against Ext.P9, an order<\/p>\n<p>passed by the 1st respondent on 31\/10\/2008 cancelling the<\/p>\n<p>recognition given to the Siksha Visarad Course conducted by the<\/p>\n<p>Hindi Sahithya Sammelan, Allahabad with effect from March, 2006.<\/p>\n<p>      2.
