No.16308 of 2011\n                                   Sanatan Sharma\n                                          Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   24.06.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                 as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.<\/p>\n<p>                            Although 993 bottles of English wine were<\/p>\n<p>                 recovered from a car in which the petitioner was found<\/p>\n<p>                 sitting but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner was driver of the aforesaid car and he was not<\/p>\n<p>                 aware about the above-said bottles which had been kept in<\/p>\n<p>                 gunny bags.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner, namely, Sanatan Sharma be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                 sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barsoi<\/p>\n<p>                 P.S.
