No.31028 of 2010\nBIJAY KUMAR SINGH, son of Late Rameshwar Singh, resident of village - Ramakrishna\nVikas Vidyalaya, Gandhinagar, P.S. &amp; District - Jamui.\n                                                              ----------------- Petitioner.\n                                        Versus\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR                                      -------- Opposite Party.\n\n                                          -------\n<\/pre>\n<p> 02.    21.09.2010              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                       Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner is one of the named accused in this case<\/p>\n<p>                       being cousin of husband of deceased daughter of the informant<\/p>\n<p>                       who    died   under     unnatural   circumstance.   Police   after<\/p>\n<p>                       investigation submitted final form, but, as it appears taking a<\/p>\n<p>                       different view cognizance for the offence under section 302 etc.<\/p>\n<p>                       have been taken. As it also appears from the detailed order of<\/p>\n<p>                       learned Sessions Judge, there is nothing specific against the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner who is simply named in this case because of being<\/p>\n<p>                       member of the family.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                       the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>                       four weeks of receipt of the copy of this order, petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                       namely, Bijay Kumar Singh, is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                       furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>                       sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                       Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S.
