2   06\/09\/2011.              The petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ<\/p>\n
                  petition, filed for quashing order dated 9.7.2010 contained<\/p>\n
                  in Annexure      3, issued by the Circle officer Paharpur,<\/p>\n
                  Motihari in Case No. 4 of 1987-88 enabling him to file an<\/p>\n
                  appeal.\n<\/p>\n
                             The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn<\/p>\n
                  with the liberty aforesaid.\n<\/p>\n
                             It would be open for the petitioner to explain the<\/p>\n
                  cause     of delay in filing the appeal, which would be<\/p>\n
                  considered on its own merit.\n<\/p>\n
                             Status quo as of today would be maintained for a<\/p>\n
                  week.\n<\/p>\n
